Quality assurance 

All our translations are double checked to ensure the accuracy, register and quality. The final product has to "sound" as if originally written in the target language. To ensure all this, we have in place an efficient quality system: the professional  who did the translation reads his work out loud  while a second translator follows the printed source language text.

We maintain an excellent relationship with our clients, keeping on file all the work we do for them and building glossaries, so that we can always offer the same high standards and help with future updates, amendments, editing. We always try to get involved as early as possible in the project, following our clients' in-house style. However, If for some reason the client is not 100% satisfied with our work, we'll work with them until they are.
